The vee support stop is commonly fitted to a standoff or height adjustor body to allow either of it’s functions to be used at varying heights.
The vee support stop is designed for use with smaller workpieces. Two Support bodies can be used together to support longer workpieces. The workpiece is held in position in the vee using any of the fixture clamping components.
The stop acts as a fixed point against which a workpiece can be located against. The stop end is manufactured from delrin and is designed to be durable but soft enough so that it doesn’t damage the workpiece it is locating against. The position of the stop can be adjusted by screwing the spindle into the desired position.
The vee support stop is fitted onto any of the fixture components female threads using the low head capscrew, tightened in position using the allen key provided. Typicaly the vee support body is fitted onto a standoff to allow it be used at a height away from the baseplate.

For general cleaning, a mild soap and water solution can be used applied with a cloth or sponge. For removal of grease or oily deposits methylated spirits can be applied with a cloth or sponge. In both cases the part should be finally rinsed in cold water and thoroughly dried.
